Wouldn't mind a re-release of this for the current gen consoles.

So I've had this for 360 for years, literally years. Unplayed. Might start it tonight. What do you reckon, GRcade?

We reckon you are a dope leaving it unplayed for so long, even though you owned it. :P

Awesome game. Fantastic world building and gameplay. Picked it up on X1 and I didn't regret it one bit.

The DLC is pretty strawberry floating good as well.

Yeah I had this downloaded when it was on the Games with Gold.

Didn't play it for ages, and when I did I actually regretted that I didn't pay money for it.
It was amazing, I loved the setting, the story and the visuals. Ticked every box for me.

And it was strawberry floating violent as well. Can't beat watching your sword go through some guys jaw and out the top of his head

It's one of the best games that I've ever played.

Is it literally years, or is it only figuratively years?

I never really got into Dishonored on its original release - I imagine something else demanded my attention and I never went back to it. Anyway, I've been playing the Definitive version a lot in recent weeks. High and low chaos runs, and a punishing no kill/no detect run that was immensely satisfying to complete.

Love it to bits, and I've also been playing the included DLC. The two Daud chapters are probably the best DLC I've seen anywhere - substantial adventures, and distinct enough to justify being separate from the main game. I just finished my last run on The Brigmore Witches - collecting 10k in coin was a challenge custom-made for my exploration tendency, but damn tough.

I've been dipping into Dunwall City Trials, now the last thing I have to finish off. Some of them are insanely hard, but I'll stick at it.

And I've got D2 and Death of the Outsider ready to go.

The first game's DLC was so good that the second game is as much as a sequel to Daud's chapters as it is to D1.

And you're in for a treat. I only just got through DoTO and it's the best piece of Dishonored content out there...it's very, very good.

That's great to hear. I think I'll crack straight on with D2, rather than getting bogged down in frustration with the Trials. (Though I WILL finish them. I can't leave them incomplete.)

What format are you playing it on rinks? D2 had some substantial performance issues on release (particularly on PC) so you've done yourself a favour by waiting until now as it is considerably nicer to play now than it was on day 1!

Yeah Dishonored is excellent. I did play it on pc ages ago but stopped halfway because reasons I don't know, finally started this on Xbox one (got game as Christmas present back in... Maybe 2015, I don't remember) and finished the main game and Dunwall with all levels Ghost'd, and managed to kill nobody in main game...somehow got one kill in Dunwall though but heyho, another reason to play through nokill again.

Gonna start the last DLC this weekend, looking forward to it

I'm on XB1. I figure D2 is going to be slicker than D1 Definitive, which I thought looked just fine anyway. Good to know it was patched up though.
