Don't laugh at me I'm still furious about the amount of money we wasted on this crap. The little gooseberry fool doesn't even play them.

I really enjoyed the gameplay as it reminded me of the Lego games but I could increase the difficulty to make it more challenging for myself. I've mainly played the Star Wars levels but each character plays differently enough to make me want to mix up my choices instead of just switching when someone runs out of health.

The PC version didn't require the figures, just the codes that came with them, but I still collected the figures as I think that they look great. In my opinion, it's actually a shame that there isn't an option to use the Infinity base on PC because bringing life to your figures in that way is delightful. I was tempted to get the PS4 versions of the games but I didn't as that would mean giving up the higher frame rate of the PC version.

I'll take some pictures this weekend, jawa :toot:

At the very least, I'll show you my collection and then take some more in a few weeks when everyone has a permanent home :toot:

Disney Infinity Gold Collection has launched on PC :toot:

It looks like 1.0 has been ported to Steam with all its play sets and characters. 2.0 and 3.0 include the play sets and characters that came to PC (i.e. only newer 3.0 content like Finding Dory and Marvel Battlegrounds are absent) but you only get a free copy of Gold if you bought something from the Steam store itself. This means that I'll have to buy 3.0, as I unlocked all my content by redeeming codes on the Infinity web site, which is a shame but I'm happy that I'll get to play 1.0 in glorious 60FPS again :toot:

Each game is £22.99 and the bundle is £44.99. As I've got a busy weekend, I'll wait until the Steam Winter sale to buy the bundle and then jump into 1.0. Hopefully my save data from 3.0 carries over to the Gold version. If it doesn't, I won't be too disappointed as I've been planning to replay Twilight of the Republic and I didn't get that far in Rise Against the Empire.

I'm excited :toot: :toot: :toot:

It's cool that you're gonna have a way of continuing your Infinity journey, Dragon! I don't think too many GRcadians experienced this game but I know you have been really keen on it. Infinity is dead... long live Infinity!

I see on the steam page this is single player only :fp: oh well, one to add to the wishlist and wait for a sale, but are these actually good games beyond the "gotta collect them all" mentality?

Hear, hear :toot: I'll be picking up the PS4 version of 3.0 for the Battlegrounds and Finding Dory content that didn't make it to PC so I should have a lot to play. I'm tempted to buy the Gold pack now to play a bit of 1.0 before bed :shifty:

They're like the Lego games but I prefer Infinity as you can increase the difficulty to make the combat more of a challenge.

I just bought Infinity 2.0 and the Steam version of the Rise Against the Empire 3.0 Play Set for £10.25 and £4.10, respectively, from Indie Gala which means that 2.0 Gold and 3.0 Gold are in my Steam library. You need to have added 3.0 to your account while it was free to play to redeem 3.0 DLC so newcomers can only pick up 2.0 for a better price than the Steam store. Anyway, I'll grab 1.0 during a sale and I'm excited to jump back into Disney Infinity sooner than I expected :toot:

Mega bump for this thread but my niece is old enough to play games now and I noticed you can get these gold editions on Steam for cheap.

If I buy all 3 games Gold Editions, will she then get access to all the characters and playsets within one game (3.0 I guess?)
