They took the one joke (being cancelled) which they’ve made endlessly before and threw it in your face for 23 minutes. Not a good start. In the past they make 1 quick joke then move on but this time it felt so forced it was painful. They also undid one of the best endings in TV to bring this back.

Still I love futurama so I’m happy it’s back.

Disney+ (UK) prices are increasing; there will be three subscription tiers from 1 November:

> Standard with ads: £4.99 per month, offering 1080p video and the ability for two people to watch on different devices

> Standard: £7.99 per month, offering the same features above, but without ads and with the ability to download videos to watch offline

> Premium: £10.99 per month, offering 4K video, downloads, and the ability to watch on four different devices at once

So... for people currently subscribing, to keep the same service the cost will increase from £7.99 to £10.99 per month... an increase of 37.55%

I’ve not subbed to any of these £4.99 stream with ads yet, where are the actual adverts? Do they appear throughout the programmes you watch like if you were watching ITV?

So the new Haunted Mansion is actually way better than I expected it to be.

Loki's very good so far. Much better than Secret Invasion.

Yeah I think that's a good idea to be honest. It's crap that discussion about great animated films is spread among three or four threads (five if you include the Anime thread). Also a lot of us are parents so a place to discuss whether a film is kid friendly or not would be useful instead of mixing up chat about Bee Movie with Squid Game!

Also it will give me chance to put forward my thesis that League of Superpets is the real Justice League movie :shifty:

I've dropped my subscription to the standard tier (ad free), my son watches enough of it to make it worthwhile subscribing, but he doesn't give a gooseberry fool about 4K.

I logged in and changed my subscription back to the £79.99 annual option (fewer streams, 1080p instead of 4k etc)

Yeah, the pricing changed back in December and I immediately dropped mine to the £7.99/month tier.
