One thing I hate about fry ups in certain places is when they give you a massive slice of wholemeal doorstop toast to try and justify charging £2 more than a greasy spoon. I don't want posh bread with a fry up, I want a cheap slice of white bread to soak up egg and bean juice.

Greasy cafes and vans at the side of the road beat MaccyD's all day long.

Used to regularly go out to places for breakfast when I lived in Canada, always received too many options for my eggs. Once went to an ihop and had pancakes with what I thought was a small lump of icecream. Turned out to be butter :dread:

Now it's just a sausage and egg mcmuffin if I'm working a Saturday

McDonalds Big Breakfast is vile, but I do love their McMuffins (especially if I am hungover!).

But the Big Breakfast is a McMuffin. The only difference is the egg.
