I vary depending on the person.

Mum - Yes
Dad- rarely
Grandparents - Yes (when they were alive).
Auntie -Yes
Brothers- Hell No.

Friends depends, female friends I normally will if they're the right kind, I don't normally initiate unless I know them well.
Male friends ,very much depends on the friend. I actually have a few periphery friends who I rarely see who I'm far more likely to hug than some of my best friends.

Yeah I do. Depends on how I'm feeling. Unless it's a really formal occasion or if they're a complete stranger, I'll hug anyone.

With friends and family all the time. Love a good hug. Although I do respect others space, so if they're not a 'hugger' I'll not initiate one.

Got a nice hug off of a work colleague the other day who retired after 13 years at the hospital. I shall miss her; lovely person and she gives good hugs.

I do hug and I’m fine with it when it’s family, partner or really close friends but I find it very awkward when people I don’t know that well hug me,
