Yeah, I listened to a couple as part of TWA/Matt's Who Club and they were great fun. They were nice to chill out to... don some earphones, sit back, concentrate and take in the atmosphere.

Sure will be as The Sun explains that this is the first time Doctor Who has ever done anything about racism! What a shock for the poor fans.
Jodie Whittaker’s Dr Who tackles racism for first time as next episode centres around Rosa Parks

Being serious for a sec I just spent 5 mins on twitter having searched Doctor Who and its not pretty. :dread:

I'm gonna be around to watch this live... "I'm excited!". I wasn't hugely taken by the first two episodes so I hope this one steps up a bit; as I mentioned before, I feel that there is potential there.

Its the first 'proper' episode.

As far as I'm concerned you can't judge a Doctor Who from episodes that don't involve the Tardis.

I really really liked that episode, I thought it was pretty awesome really. I was very very worried about it but it paid off.

That was absolutely brilliant. Have genuine tears in my eyes. And also Rosa Parks' Wikipedia page open.

That was fantastic. Shame about the song though. :dread: And that they skipped over the new crews first proper trip. :(

Really enjoyed that episode. Great to see the show finally visit some events in history that aren't just WW2 or whatever, and to do it in a positive way which highlights things we've maybe started to forget or take for granted. Genuinely fantastic.

Guessed it was coming but quite emotional when they had to fill the seats and be part of it. This episode was pretty educational too. Interested to see what the US viewers think.

Stunning episode. Random racist time traveller is clearly coming back to bite them in the ass another time. Thought the Doc would be miffed he was zapped away.

Fair play to BBC/writers for making that as uncomfortable as it was.

Considering Dr Who was originally supposed to be more educational this really fit the bill.

I was really impressed by Bradly Walsh towards the end he really really made it feel like he was struggling with it all and that he really didn't want to have to stand and do nothing.

It was also great they quickly talked about what happened to Rosa afterwards.

To me this was the most important thing in the whole story. I was very worried it was going to have our heroes inspire her. Which would have been dreadful.

Oh and Banksy  (lucky timing)

I hugely enjoyed that episode; it could have been easy to mishandle an event of that magnitude but I felt it was very well done. The acting was good - uncomfortably good in certain scenes - and I learnt a couple of new aspects about Rosa Parks' story, too. I wasn't so keen on the "alien being", though; three episodes in and I feel that the aliens / baddies shared so far have been pretty weak in design and quite unmemorable.

Overall, though, an affecting and entertaining episode... excellent!

Oh! And the episode got me investigating stuff on Wikipedia, too. Who Fact: The lady who played Rosa Parks, Vinette Robinson, has previously appeared in Doctor Who! Series 3, episode 7, "42" (2007).

I am ok with that as long as he gets the Governess as his companion.

I'd watch a series of Graham, the governess and Mark Labbett travelling through space and time in the Tardis.

Oh my god I want to see this.
