What are the "best" Big Finish stuff people talk about sometimes here? The 8th Doctor stuff?

Turns out loads of Doctor Who audio stuff is on Spotify

Ok!

Right. So the main range is home to the 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th Doctors. You have access to the first 50 of these (there are now well over 200). The 8th Doctor also has his own range. Early in the main range 8 is partnered Charley and in his own range he meets Lucie. I've linked the Big Finish pages as each should have a trailer on it. Lets stick with the main range for now.....

The main range is like old school Who. So we a mostly talking 4 eps of about 30mins a story. Here are some stories I would consider a must and you can do these in any order-

The Holy Terror So brilliant and a possible look at what might have been used had the Daleks not been about for New Who. The most unique of all the Doctors companions in this! https://www.bigfinish.com/releases/v/the-holy-terror-637
Colditz Set at the infamous castle. Meet Klein and stars some chap you might have heard of called David something https://www.bigfinish.com/releases/v/colditz-627
The One Doctor This is part of the inspiration for the XMAS special The Next Doctor. Daft as something really daft. https://www.bigfinish.com/releases/v/the-one-doctor-651
Spare Parts DO THIS. JUST DO IT. ITS AMAZING. PLEASE. https://www.bigfinish.com/releases/v/spare-parts-200
Davros The title gives all you need to know. Terry Molloy delivers again as the mad creator of the Daleks. Pair this up with the I, Davros set (also on the list) to really get inside his head. https://www.bigfinish.com/releases/v/davros-214
Master :datass: Chilling. Everything McCoy wanted his Doctor to be. Geoffrey Beevers returns as the Master. His voice. Damn his voice! https://www.bigfinish.com/releases/v/master-215

Ones you should probably listen to in order-
The Marian Conspiracy Sixie get his new companion. Evelyn  Not the greatest story but you need to meet her for..... https://www.bigfinish.com/releases/v/the-marian-conspiracy-624
Bloodtide Really good story about evolution starring our lizard friends. https://www.bigfinish.com/releases/v/bloodtide-647
Jubilee One of the best. This is the story that series one ep Dalek is based on. But this is far better and fleshed out. Deliciously dark. https://www.bigfinish.com/releases/v/jubilee-206

Evelyn plays a big role in an amazing thread of stories that goes on to feature a companion called........ Hex. But that happens after the first 50.

Eighth Doctor!
Storm Warning The first time McGann gets to play the Doctor after the TV Movie. You need to meet Charley to get the pay off for......
The Chimes of Midnight The best Doctor Who christmas special ever. Creepy. Moving. Brilliant. https://www.bigfinish.com/releases/v/th ... dnight-653
These are the 8th Doctor stories inbetween these two. Not as good as Chimes but well worth a listen if you want to enjoy 8 properly.
https://www.bigfinish.com/releases/v/sword-of-orion-642
https://www.bigfinish.com/releases/v/the-stones-of-venice-643
https://www.bigfinish.com/releases/v/minuet-in-hell-644%20(has%20the%20Brig%20in%20it!)
https://www.bigfinish.com/releases/v/invaders-from-mars-652

Eighth Doctor range....
This takes place after his adventures with Charley but is separate. If you want to jump on here thats fine. You only have his first series with Lucie there but this is more like New Who with shorter stories. Its quicker paced but contains many more classic Who elements. It sits really nicely between old and new actually. This is the thread that will one day lead into Dark Eyes and beyond. It starts with Blood of the Daleks.

That do for a start?

Just gave the enhanced version of Knock Knock a go. Rather ace. Bit of a shame they wont be doing that all the time.
