Thankfully I have yet to see an enraged Whovian stomping around the streets of south London
.
Yeah, I hope to get back on the story-watching train soon, dude.

Oo Eck. 3 I've got to catch up on. Got 2 flights and long drives next week though so should be able to get through some
Finished the Green Death and loved it. Brainwashed human is getting a bit common though! Took the doctor far too long to realise the fungus could cure Welshy after knowing it could kill the worms. Glad Jo is going, she's ok but her dipshittery is getting annoying.

Thinking about christmas shopping for my dad - He’s always raving about how much better the older Doctor Who episodes were, so I was gonna grab one of the reanimated versions. Is the new DVD/Bluray release of Shada the whole story? (I’ve been following the Doctor Who rewatch in this thread and it sounds like a lot of the older stories were split over loads of episodes, so I just want to make sure if I buy the Shada bluray I’m not going to ned anything else!)

I'm gutted I haven't been doing this (I have nearly all the DVDs you've been watching!) but fatherhood has got in the way.
Having said that, I still yearn to watch more Old Who, and to bring my wife around to it after my misstep over Tomb of the Cybermen put her off it. Now it's come round, can everyone please write me a short, spoiler-free paragraph about just how good Genesis of the Daleks is so I can show my wife and she'll bloody well watch it?!

He's behind on the episodes (me too TBH!) as he's got exams on at the moment.
