Ding ding. We have a winner.

I thought that was ace. Some of the script was, like Hexx says, heavy handed. Not sure we really needed to be told the theme of the ep that often. The pre-titles sequence was :dread: :dread: :dread: :datass: Dunno about the narration but might have been worth it for the opening line. It was also a proper hoot.

Being charged for the oxygen you breathe is ultimately the goal of any major capitalist if we're being honest.

Great episode.

So, err, did the other people in the suits survive? What about the ones who gave their oxygen to the 2 people who were left? I only ask as it didn't show the dead people just the 2 survivers on the TARDIS.

They died. Bill survived because the suit was faulty so didn't have the power to fry her.

David Tennant and Billie Piper to reunite as the Tenth Doctor and Rose for new Doctor Who project: http://www.radiotimes.com/news/2017-05- ... ho-project
In the first of the three new stories, Attack of the Zaross, an alien invasion of Earth isn’t quite what it seems.

In Sword of the Chevalier, the Doctor and Rose arrive in glamorous Slough in 1791 where they encounter an enigmatic ex-spy who has lived his life as a woman, and tackle alien slavers intent on trafficking human cargo.

And rounding off the series is Cold Vengeance, a clash with the Doctor’s old enemies the Ice Warriors.

I'd like to take this moment to confirm that this news isn't as important as Garths opinion on the latest episode. As such I will not be editing the thread title.

No wonder my arse hurts a little bit.

I dunno. The Moff likes to do the hidden in plain sight thing so it could be but with some twist. Or its the missing eps! :toot:

Just got round to watching Oxygen, another cracker! We may only be a few episodes in but to my eyes this is easily the best series in years so far.

Be interesting to see how the Doctors blindness plays out for the rest of the run and whether it has real consequences or if we get a reset soon.

I sort of want to agree but 4 eps in last time out I was really liking it. But because of the structure that was just 2 stories.

I went back when it was in London. I went the whole hog but I think it was a bit different, I remember getting a discount for the gift shop as well.

Meanwhile...

Problem is with all this build up - you know the pay off likely isn't going to be worth it or gravitas given it
