Why does she have to dress like that. Not a fan of the costume, I would prefer it to be more feminine.

As the Doctor prepares for a trip to Metebelis 3, Jo decides the human race is polluting the world far too much and wants to travel to South Wales to meet a famous environmentalist. Fortunately for her the Brigadier is charged with investigating the strange death of a local miner. However the Doctor is determined to get away..... or just not travel to Pedz Land

Just wanted to chime in and say this is my all-time favourite Doctor Who story :toot:

Was the person who designed the new outfit blind? I can't think of any other explanation to explain what a complete mess it is. The jacket is the only redeemable thing about it. Those trousers and those suspenders though, strawberry floating hell.

It’s just quite butch and different to what some of us expected that’s all. I’m sure we will get used to it. It’s the acting and story that counts most.

Sorry, but I knew I’d not have the time to watch at the pace required. I’ve enjoyed following others watching along. Keen to know what people think of The Green Death.

I’ve totally got out of synch with watching TV and reading... I have developed the attention span of a gnat. I like the idea of watching an episode or two of Who but my mind wanders within a few minutes. And then I feel bad for not watching it.

The Green Death facts-
Some of the maggots were inflated condoms.
This was Katy Mannings last appearance in Doctor Who until the Sarah Jane Adventures 2010 story "Death of the Doctor" written by RTD. She pose nude with a Dalek during this time though. Katy Manning and Stewart Bevan (Cliff) were an actual couple off-screen at this point.
Because of this story I learned the word "Serendipity"
