Well that's more than he knows. I read an interview and he had no idea why. But I did suspect that. If that's a bad thing, investing in things on a show where you're there to invest in things.

One thing they always cut away from is the dragons talking about someone who's just left the den after getting a deal, or leaving without one. That moment when they all look at eachother. Sometimes they'll be a few words between them, but I'm always interested in how they'll discuss with eachother when they don't have to be so competitive and professional. But they cut it out. Not that I'd want to sit there for 10 minutes listening to it, but a few words each time wouldn't hurt.

He said on The Wright Stuff he was fired for being too nice.

I wouldn't be surprised if he was fired for being too nice. He was always giving advice out to people even if he had absolutely no interest in investing, which is great. Probably not what the producers want though. Same with James Caan the other night. That Indian women who was trying to break the law, was told by James Caan that although none of them were going to invest, he would pass her number on to his friend who currently corners the ready meal market, which I thought was pretty cool of him.

Theo was just a cock to that appliance shelf father/son team. Yes, it needs to be sturdy, and yes it would be dangerous if wires were exposed. However, I am having trouble imagining a scenario where several kilos worth of force is applied to said shelf in order to break it.

Duncan just amuses me with his idiocy:

"Why can't you just take two tubes, and stick some MDF over them?"
"Well, it wouldn't work."
"Why not?"
"The MDF wouldn't conduct the heat."
"....I'd just stick some MDF over some pipes."

Same thing. He was more likely to give risky investees a chance.

I saw it on Dave the other day and the dragons reaction was absolutely ludicrous, Theo claiming that it's easy to wash your feet in the shower, to prove this he had Peter Jones stand up and pretend to wash his feet :x

The guy's pitch totally fell down because of this which pissed me off no end, I'm not tall and even I find washing my feet properly in the shower a challenge. Lifting one foot up to scrub it is pretty dangerous with a slippery wet floor, so I usually have to resort to sitting down and giving them a good scrub. It was a perfectly legitimate invention yet this guy was laughed out of the den like he was some kind of nut job.

Who scrubs their feet anyway? its not really a problem that needs solving.

People who are on their feet all day and want to relieve some soreness, people worried about athletes foot, people who get dry and cracked heels, foot fetishists, people who would just like to give their feet a nice scrub.

Last episode is on now. Apparently it will show what happened to previous contestants.

She 'revealed' that she had a TIA, or mini-stroke, in Germany a few years ago.

She said she had a stroke and became a "bit of a vegetable".

Actually, she might not be getting an offer. Theo worked his way round it pretty slyly.
