Dreams - the new title by Media Molecule.

Dreams™ is a space where you go to play and experience the dreams of Media Molecule and our community. It’s also a space in which to create your own dreams, whether they’re games, art, films, music or anything in-between and beyond.

A creative tool or game for PS4. Create worlds and blend them with the creations of others. On stage it wasn't made clear what it was exactly or how you play it. Sony's Scott Rhode speaking to Geoff Keighley said that they are not sure quite what it is yet.

Sony guy on Keighley's show also said some scenes will interactable (is that a word?) while others will be purely for watching.

Not too sure about this. The problem with MM is that they forget that barely anyone is creative, we want to play a game not have to make it first. That is where LBP suffered in my opinion, not enough developer created content.

So Dreams, for me, I think is the most exciting thing to come out of E3 so far. More than that, it's one of the most inspiring games I've seen in years. I've always admired the efforts from Media Molecule to offer people ways to craft and publish their own stuff, but with LittleBigPlanet they hadn't yet presented this in a way that interested me. With Dreams, I think I'm in. I desperately hope the final release lives up to the potential of what they've shown today.

I dread to think of some of the nightmarish stuff that people will create with this.

I'm really curious to see how this is a game.

Did anyone watch this? Did they show or reveal anything?

They revealed a staff member's butt thanks to an ill-fitting t-shirt.

I couldn't watch it for long because the stream was wank.

Here's a YT of it. No idea if it's any better. Also it wasn't a traditional reveal but a mix between tour of the studio and little, techy glimpses of the game.

The look alone was a little bit 'wow' for me.

In general not usually interested in these infinite, unfocussed creation and community based games. I like a simple, finite challenge from my games.

But this looks gorgeous.

They've done it to me again. I wasn't gonna get a PS3, but I did because of LittleBigPlanet. Didn't want a PS4, but now I must have one.

He's doing that creation with two Moves, too, so it's good that I haven't thrown them in the bin.
