The price is an absolute p**s-take as far as I'm concerned. I know Ninty have form for this sort of thing, but they really are sticking their arm in here.

Part of me hopes that Ninty's arm gets mangled in a combine harvester and comes out bloody stump. The other part of me just wants a new Pilotwings game on the wii.

Well Nintendo may be taking the George Michael, but it doesn't seem to be dampening interest...

Toby Burton, HMV wrote:"Interest has been massive, and we're already taking substantial pre-orders in store and through our website," he revealed.

"As product awareness increases over the weekend we have everything needed in store to engage consumer interest and get the pre-orders ringing through the tills."

Good for a DS though...in fact really, really good.

If I can get £75 for my old DS (assuming they won't only accept lites), thats a really good deal.

 There is noway that is happening so get that out of your head now

What do we think, £40 for a DSlite trade in?

That's still only £35 to upgrade.

You have to trade in a DSLite to get the price down to £75. (RRP is £150)

Yeah, think i may have thought Game would do a good deal.

i read it like this, DSi half price when you trade in another console. Thus it will cost £75, i assumed that you would ALSO get your trade in credic, thus taking more money off the DSi price.

Stupid optimism.

Then i am safe. I shall await a DS2, and the 15+ DS games i have to get this year.

I can see sales being below expected come weeks after the launch and GAME, Gamestation etc... will have to do FREE Game will DSi etc...

They should have Nintendo Points(formerly Wii Points) bundled with the DSi free of charge as they will be needed for getting the DSi exclusive games.

I wonder if GTA Chinatown Wars will have DLC? How awesome would a new story set in Liberty City be?

DSi games might, but this isn't a DSi game.
