So I just installed the game and after setting the mouse sensitivity to 10 (max) and the advanced sensitivity for the X and Y access to 10 (Max) but still in the game, I can't make my character do a 360 spin without making large movements with my mouse. In other games I can dart around with very little effort. Why is this and how can I fix it?

Have you tried changing the mouse sensitivity within Windows as well.

I thought of doing that, but then realized that that'd result in all my other games having way too much sensitivity. Why the hell would they make DNF's mouse controls so damn insensitive? The whole game feels rather clunky. I can't quite explain it. Any thoughts?

Sorry I'm out, seems odd they would make it like that.

It's not something I have noticed with games but I have a mouse that you can change the sensitivity on the mouse it self so when a game is like that I bump it up a setting.

There probably a config file someplace you can tweak.
