I feel like I'm missing something, you guys are eating this up but it just looks like yet another super dull realism obsessed fps to me. :?

Yes it looks very pretty but that's about it.

Very pretty is an understatement. It looks better than Crysis, something that's taken 4 years to do.

Nice graphics. Boring demo though!

Overstrike looks so generic.

They've said they want to get the console and PC versions as close as possible, but I doubt it can look as good as this.

This is just staggering.

No way will console versions look as good. They're still remaining very quiet on the console versions but surely they'll be on show at E3? Gameplay is kinda boring at the moment in my opinion but the graphics are just out of this world. Absolutely stunning.

64 player matches with those graphics. My PC may explode.

Does the fact that BF3 level was mostly a wide expanse make it easier for the 360 and ps3 to handle? Obviously not as much of the particle stuff but the rest of it maybe?

That was... That was...

Pretty dull actually. I'm sure I've played that level in a different game before, or something close enough. It was indeed very pretty though, and I'm sure it will be ace in multiplayer.

And yes. Activision should be worried.

Isn't there a Syndicate game in development at EA or is that bollocks?

Mass Effect is more Mass Effect, the Need For Speed: QTE game is one of the dumbest ideas I've ever seen, OverStrike could be interesting, and Battlefield 3 is going to be great.

Overstrike wasn't so bad. It seemed to have a sense of fun about it which is a nice change to the straight laced competition. Hopefully we get to see some actual gameplay footage today.

It reminded me of Evil Genius and No One Lives Forever in a way. Can't wait to see how it plays.

There is. Everyone knows Starbreeze are developing it, it's basically been confirmed to be an FPS and its codename is Redlime. I have no idea why EA haven't announced it yet.
