There is. Everyone knows Starbreeze are developing it, it's basically been confirmed to be an FPS and its codename is Redlime. I have no idea why EA haven't announced it yet.

FPS? :( Starbreeze are quite good though... maybe :shifty:

Right I'm off for a quick nap and I'll be back for Sony. Not too interested in Ubisoft really. Far Cry 3 maybe (if they show it) but that's about it. Certainly not enough to stay up for.

Poor Activision  Anyone who buys MW3 this year instead of BF3 is quite possibly genuinely retarded.

Not a bad conference. Loved the Mass Effect footage. I'm actually quite intrigued by the new Insomniac game, i liked the look of the teaser trailer. Battlefield 3....while looking absolutely stunning i was a little disappointed with the gameplay. I'm in a minority here but i actually liked the look of the new Need for Speed :shifty: Main character reminded me of Michael Schofield from Prison Break for some reason.

I wouldn't say that until we see the console versions, can't see BF3 multiplayer being 60fps on console.

Doesn't matter if BF3 doesn't look as good as the PC version, it'll play more or less the same. The same levels of destructibility etc. Whereas MW3 looks bland, generic and more of the same.

Battlefield 3

I'm currently in love with Bad Company 2 so this new game is making me wetter than an otters pocket.

Would have to be an idiot to buy COD when Battlefield is on the market.

What kind of hardware would you need to run BF3 at the level on show at EA's conference? I'm interested to know what price range you'd be talking to kit yourself out with a PC capable of it.

Any links to sites would be appreciated.

Cheers

Oh, and it's surely a basketball/NBA title he's holding back on revealing - jumping around like a dick and all that.

What happened to Syndicate you think? I was certain this was going to be there. Development hell?

The thing I like most about BF3 is the fact that it comes across as more realistic then COD now, and that was the initial appeal to me for MW1. strawberry float the movie-like gooseberry fool, I want war-tension (as close to it as possible). BF3
