Just make all Atlus games exclusive to it.

2. Konami recently released a pachinko machine based on MGS3, the cut scenes were rendered in the Fox Engine.

I think Sony will announce an upgraded version of the Pro with a 4K BluRay drive built on. AFAICS, it's the one thing that might be tempting a lot of people to the S.

I think Sony will announce an upgraded breakout box for VR that you can buy cheaply to correct the HDR problem and maybe a revised camera and new move controller with sticks and a trackpad for VR to help solve the drift problem while also showing a new cinema mode with actual cinema environments and the ability to manually set the screen size.
They will also hint at a Pro slim for summer next year.
Last of Us 2 release date set.
I'd love a new Tumble VR and Rainbow Six Siege VR.
Show Ace Combat 7 VR and announce a release date of this year.
Cities Skylines with some nice exclusive content for PS4.

Most importantly though no mention of PS5.
