I remember being on the ONM boards at the time, and before the conference there was an unbelievable amount of hype which had been built up over quite some time (the mag itself helped with that too).

Afterwards, the general consensus was 'what the gooseberry fool is this?' :lol:

I've still got the NGC E3 2004 DVD somewhere.

Sad to see the event go, it was very much the Christmas of the gaming calendar.
