Did they say that was in game or in engine? Regardless it looked pretty nice, looks like they've kept the pretty nice art style from the first one as well. Interesting they didn't mention which platforms it's coming out on.

Ehh if you're a sports fan then that would've been a good conference. If you love sports, all that combined with Battlefront, Dragon Age, Battlefield 4, Mirrors Edge 2 and that would be classed as a pretty solid show.

I think the DICE guy said it was in-engine before he walked off. IQ-wise ME was already a very clean looking game, even on consoles so I believe him.

In engine means nothing though. It wasn't in-game or in real time.

Still, it was firm confirmation of the game existing, so yay!

True but I don't see why it wouldn't look that good on the PC at least.

He was also talking shite. Need For Speed wasn't impressive at all.

Faith's head is egg-shaped in that picture.

I loved how EA acted as if Nintendo didn't even exist throughout the entire thing. It was infuriating.

Largely ignored 360 and PS3 too even for the sports titles it was all PS4, Xbox One, Xbox One, PS4, Xbox One.

EA really want next-gen to start which makes me really suspicious as to how much they've been instrumental in Microsoft's anti-consumer policies. Folk often talk about "moneyhats" but its rarely an out-and-out payment. The kickback is usually co-marketing funding, a cut in license costs etc. Perhaps Microsoft has gotten their EA exclusives by being more stringent with DRM than Sony... or perhaps that's wishful thinking on my part. :simper:
