Nice! The reason I have kept up my subscription for the past few months.

Do they have any other single player games in the pipeline? I am not one for massive online shooters or sports. Is the new Star Wars Battlefront meant to have a decent solo campaign?

Battlefront 2 will join next xmas but you’ll get a trial of the first few chapters/levels of the campaign the week before it launches.

Its a good enough price that I will probably keep the service, but EA need to keep making single player games too.

Did they really miss getting Dead Space 3 on EA access in time for halloween? Disappointing.

As these communities and many others in our top franchises continue to thrive, our subscription services like EA Access and Origin Access are bringing more players from across our network to join in. Our subscription player base continues to grow. And you should expect us to continue driving this model to more platforms going forward.

In addition, our EA Access and Origin Access services continue to see rapid growth.

Subscription obviously is very important to us. We've been doing a lot of work on Origin Access and EA Access. And as Andrew mentioned, you'll most likely see those on other platforms. And you'll most likely see additional content coming into those subscriptions and some exciting things to come there. But we believe that's a very important way for more consumers to enjoy more games over time at a very reasonable price.

Hopefully PS4 & Switch gets it.

I'm amazed no other company has tried it. It's been an enormous success for EA.

Controversial opinion time. I actually think DS3 is a better game than DS2.

I really enjoyed Dead Space 2 but never played the third. Looking forward to it despite the mostly negative reviews.

3 isn't as bad as the reputation it gets I thought, but it is definitely a change of pace with a bigger focus on action and less on horror compared to the previous 2.

I agree with this. The best part if Dead Space 3 is the DLC, which is a scary side story thing.

Wouldn't call it a side story, more like a proper ending as it happens after the base game and would set up the next game.

I’m assuming that is BC too? I think Severed, the DS2 DLC, was.

EA Access 1 year for £20 is great value. Perhaps these comments signal a PS4 announcement at PSX. It would also be good if a subscription is not tied to one console platform.
