Mother 3 is pretty much inevitable at this point

Casually dropping the bombs today Nintendo. Can't wait to see what they have in store for Tuesday. So hype.

The original is a terrible game.

But roll on Mother 3.

I personally won't say it's terrible game, I enjoyed my time with it years ago with Easy Ring + English translation ROM hack but as whole I'd have hard time recommending it to people because unlike Mother 2 / Earthbound, you're not missing out on much.

That being said, I'm still happy to see official English version of Mother 1 so I'll probably buy it, and hopefully we can get Mother 3, or in other words, Earthbound 2 on the way too.

This is all leading up to a next-gen Earthbound, believe.

I dunno, the game has terrible pacing, difficulty spikes out of nowhere and a wretched localisation. Even with the easier mode it still had some bizarre spikes that completely broke the flow of the game. But I had played it after playing Mother 2.

I hope they have re-localised it and I really hope it leads to Mother 3 as that game is incredible.

I will probably pick this up. Haven't yet completed Earthbound. Must get back to it!!
