Thanks buddy! Not sure I ever went away but this Edge business is serious stuff so thought I'd contribute. I still occasionally glance over the 2003? Top 100 that filtered the games by genre in ten categories. I think it leads to a more interesting list.

I bet Edge would rethink their actions if they had realised this list would cause so much debate/controversy.

I was going to buy this because I'm a sucker for these Edge special editions - but the design seemed exactly the same as the last version, and it even seemed like the chosen images/writing for the games that are still in the list are also the same? Can people confirm? Or is it all new writing?

The design wasn't great the first time round, and this seems like a 12.99 update

Looking at this again after reading the top 100 by consensus...the Edge list looks pretty good.
