I can't see it being an abdication right now with Brexit and the general election looming. Surely that would be an unnecessary addition to the chaos. I can see why there is the concern though with so many shocking political events recently.

For someone aged 95 that is pretty impressive. Of course, it's fair to say that he has said daft/outrageous things on a handful of occassions but, as a whole, it's cool to see someone of that age still making a positive impact on society.
