Actually, I've just thought of some contenders for worst film ever.

Derek Jarman's Blue.

Or Andy Warhol's Empire.

It's 2 hours long, and 30 minutes of that is an optic nerve raping women, but they like it because they think the 10ft long nerve is a tongue because they are dickheads.

Is the Wickerman remake on this list?

Because if it isn't, it should be.

But much like in Herzog's remake of Bad Lieutenant, Cage's fabric-of-the-universe-melting performance is something worth the gooseberry fool it swims in.

Wait what? Although I wholeheartedly agree that it's one of the worst films ever made, Empire themselves scored it 3/5.

This list is appalling. How can you put Street Fighter in there?

There's bound to be a lot of gooseberry fool movies missing because it was voted for by people that have watched the films. More people are likely to have seen rubbish big releases than gooseberry fool straight-to-DVD films.

Saying that the list is still a bit borked.

Catwoman is much worse than Batman and Robin. And the first Scary Movie isn't that bad (in fact it's brilliant compared to all the gooseberry fool that followed it).

Shocked that Going Overboard wasn't on the list. Then again perhaps not many people have seen it. In which case they are lucky. Hercules in New York should be on the list too. Though both of them are still better than Catwoman.

I've only seen 3 films on that list; The Matrix Revolutions, The Spirit, and Transformers 2 :fp:

Transformers 2 should've been higher, and the Matrix Revolutions should've been the The Matrix Reloaded. The only redeeming feature of Reloaded was the car chase, and even then that was pretty naff.

(I quite liked the Spirit, though. Samuel L Jackson makes anything good)
