Heard this on Friday and it's the best thing I've heard in a while

Looked up the rest of their stuff on Spotify and none of it seemed to really stick, shame.

Also went back to Slaves  strawberry floating love their album from last year.

New track from the upcoming avalanches album. I am beyond excited for it now.

Seeing them on Thursday, can't wait. New one is growing on me, what I've heard of the other new stuff is more promising though.

Maate I'm very jealous of you. I've been listening to a bad quality recording of Subways from their primavera set on repeat too.

Just seen Moon Hooch playing this on Later with Jools Holland, and am now binging on all the music of theirs I can find on Google Play.

Check out their mental performance at 36 minutes in: http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b0 ... -episode-7

I found this in a Spotify playlist last week, and it floored me. The ASMR feel from those clean clicks and claps all while that incredible build spans the length of the track.

Come on, it lacks Mama Said.

Oh yeah, Load is over 20 years old now. No one celebrate too hard.

I've just been catching up on Peaky Blinders and as always there is lots of Nick Cave music in it. So I just randomly checked to see if they had a new album coming out anytime soon and they did just announce it a week or two ago :D

Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds have announced details of a new album, Skeleton Tree, and a “stark, fragile and raw” documentary film.

The album, Cave’s 16th with his longstanding backing band and his first studio album since 2013’s chart-topping Push the Sky Away, is set to be released on 9 September, while the accompanying documentary, One More Time With Feeling, will be shown in 650 cinemas around the world on 8 September.

The latter, directed by Andrew Dominik – who previously worked with Cave and Bad Seed Warren Ellis on the 2007 film The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford – features a live performance of the album, “interwoven with interviews and footage and accompanied by Cave’s intermittent narration and improvised rumination”.

Filmed in both 3D and 2D, it is described as “delving into the tragic backdrop of the writing and recording of the album” – Cave’s teenage son Arthur died after falling from a cliff near Brighton in July 2015, midway through the album’s making – and “a testament to an artist trying to find his way through the darkness”.

That documentary is going to be a tough watch
