Not bad, sounds a bit like Deftones in places.

Deadsy are probably the most "acquired taste" band ive ever listened to. I honestly thought they sucked at first but the more I listened to them the more I got into it. The have some crazy strawberry floating lyrics and can switch between gooseberry fool that sounds like 80s new wave

to super atmospheric songs about Cruella De ville

all in the same album. They were a band I really wished had much bigger success, but I can totally see why they didn't, they were just too strawberry floating weird, but I'm glad you liked that track! They actually did tour with the Deftones back in the day

I quite like those two tracks too, the second one is definitely like something off a Deftones album (minus the superb vocals of Chino Moreno)

Speaking of which

Its ridiculous how well the song goes with the clip from Pan's Labyrinth (which I haven't seen), it could almost be an actual Tool video.

Moonchild.

I've only just discovered this song. Blimey! It's odd... definitely rather strange... but quite brilliant.

Out of nowhere, a new track from A Perfect Circle, and I like it a lot.

On a similar theme, I walk past this, most days.

That's the supposedly 'work in progress' Tool album delayed for another five years then..

Ha, yeah. I've given up waiting for that. If it happens, I'll be as delighted as anyone, but I'm not getting my hopes up any more.

Currently listening to the new Marilyn Manson album and its pretty decent, not as heavy as his earlier stuff but its nice to hear something different from him.

Some of it has an almost dance music vibe to it and it works really well.

Really like this

I think I actually prefer this new sound to his older more industrial faux satanic stuff on Antichrist Superstar which could sometimes be a bit too much for everyday listening.

Not as heavy as his stage props, either.

"The Race for Space" by Public Service Broadcasting.

Utterly brilliant.

Sounds very pretentious, but it's like if a documentary of the space race was told via indie rock/synth music.

Couple of snippets:
