What do you mean? There's 2 US players in the finals...

I can't believe they haven't sorted out a better way to present this yet. I know the EVO guys don't have a lot of money so it's not like they can just blow out on a massive budget but basic stuff like having some indication of what you're watching, how the bracket looks or even what round of a fight they're in! They've been doing it for years and it's still this incredible niche appeal offering nothing for new comers attitude.

Edit: Commentators not evening knowing what they're watching at the moment on Smash :fp:

Here's your issue: You're watching smash

Not really sure what you're complaining about though, smash shows lives, and there's a win counter next to the person's name.

As for the commentators. There's like 1800 entrants, you expect them to know exactly who and what is going on for the entire day when they've got to commentate the entire time?

If the commentators don't know what's going on how is the viewer supposed to. Clearly they don't need to follow every single player at Evo but some behind the scenes staff feeding them updates on the bracket is hardly too much to ask.

What do you mean? Like who is going to be playing next etc? They don't always know because some players are in multiple tournaments, so they might have to get other players in to play their match if someone is busy etc

Does this help any? http://shoryuken.com/live-coverage-of-evo-2015/

The Smash 4 Winners Final started off with two fantastic games. It's a shame that Nairo dropped his game in the third because he really had Zero on the ropes in the first two. Losers Final should be really interesting.

What a comeback by Mr R!

I was expecting a Sheik mirror match but Zero has picked Diddy.

I want Zero to lose for whining about customs.

That was an incredible win. Mr R was really turning it around until then.

Yeah I was waiting for him to take the win in that final game when Zero came out with that last minute combo.

SHame I missed the first round of melee last 32, sounds like it was nuts. Really glad to see Ken get into top 16, 8 years after he last won Evo, 3 years after his come back from a 5 year retirement, I'm happy to see he has improved considerably.
