Exoprimal | Online multiplayer dinosaur battling

I watched the Steph Sterling video earlier in the week. They certainly made me more inclined to give this a go. That said, I've got Resident Evil Village sat waiting on my SSD and I'm really keen to try SF6. Capcom at the top of their game.

I'm the same. Will hopefully get it soon on PS5.

Finished the story today, been a nice surprise. Very good final mission. Will continue playing to see what comes next.

The Savage Gauntlet is a decent idea.

One hard mission that is the same for everyone for 4 or 5 days. It records your best time, and if at the end of the 4 days you get a time in the top 50% or 20% you get a better reward (or maybe just a badge).

Bought this on PS5 and ps plus so I can play the game. Currently downloading. Only been able to try the tutorial, it's s so shiny. Only negative is the floating cursor to navigate menus.

Bit of a special game this. The Steph sterling video sums it up perfectly. It's EDF 5 meets Overwatch.

I'm absolutely loving every second of it. When the game was first revealed I thought it looked like the best game ever as I love dinosaurs, capcom games and battling loads of enemies at once. But the online only really put me off.

It's so smooth for an online game, no lag, tons of action and it's just fun, even when I'm on the losing team. It feels very welcoming and friendly in the same way splatoon does.

Oohhhh Marasume is fun

I'm yet to experiment with anyone other than the starting class. Assault rifle with a grenade launcher is just so much fun and easy to play.

I've fought the neo t-rex a couple of times, got a lot of Shin Godzilla vibes from the battle.

10 new suits releasing on August 16th. They have taken the current roster and created alpha variants which are new versions of the characters, different skills, weapons and mods.

I'm at 80% through the story. Had some ridiculously difficult battles but made it through and started trying different suits. Roadblock is great fun, super powerful and essential for knocking over big dinosaur's. It's great to see everyone work together on the team and choosing different suits to get through.

Failed the last mission 3 times as people can't follow a simple objective.

How was that for a new intel drop from Director Hiraoka! So to summarise:

34 new modules, some that work with both base and Alpha suits, with others are designed specifically for Alpha Variants.
Alpha Variant's new weapons carve out dynamic new strategies.
Unlock a suit's Alpha Variants by getting the base version of the suit to level 20.
Total playable exosuits are being doubled from 10 to 20 on August 16th!

The wargames are evolving. We look forward to seeing how you incorporate these new exosuits in your battles against the dinosaurs and rival exofighters.

I have 6 suits at level 20 so will be cool to have another reason to play as them.

Obviously you play the suits you like the most but once you hit level 20 with them (5-6ish hours of play I'd say) there's no incentive to play them over another suit (where you will unlock global rewards alongside suit specific rewards). I'm at a point now where I only have assault suits left and I'm not the biggest fan of then.
