Pretty sure we were in the same game last night, I managed to finish 2nd for the first time on that one.

Would have been around 18:00-20:00 I was on it. Pretty nice if we did have a game together.

This would have been about 18:30 so yeah, that’s cool.

Gave this a spin yesterday. Really good fun and the presentation is fab. I do however dream of one day being able to race on a track that isnt Big Blue or Mute City. That would be nice.

Took me about an hour to do the tutorial altogether, I don't this is for me, I kept exploding on the 50 racer tutorial race. Literally 20 minutes of exploding.

Pick the hard course option when it comes up and it's guaranteed. That and the gran prix.

Just had a painful grand prix. I was 2nd overall and in the final race I was in first coming into the last corner and I bounced weirdly into instant death and lost on the very final corner. Fuuuuuuuuuuuuck

Have attempted Knight League four times now and can’t get past the third race. Needless to say I’m pretty hopeless. I feel like I’m perennially stuck in the mid pack.

Also we should get some time trial leaderboards up.

Managed to get P4 in the Knight League! I was 2nd with a shot at 1st going into the last race but it was my first race on Silence so I was utterly hopeless.

Knight League win :datass:

What a run, 970 points out of a possible 1000. I think I had 4 top 3 finishes and an 8th. Thought I'd blown it on Silence as on the third lap ai had some horrible pinballing which dropped me down to 12th. A very fortuitous Super Skyway Boost brought me back into third as I crossed the line though. I don't think it would have mattered much anyway as I won the League by over 50pts.

Great buzz from finally crushing it. Super Goose is definitely the way to go for me. I still haven't managed a standard 99 race win though.

It's good fun!

My best result was 3rd, but the next race I crashed out at 70th.

Won a race! Was 24th or so into the last lap, got a lucky KO to provide a bit of extra boost, and went late onto the speedway meaning I crossed the line as it ended.

Also helped by P1 exploding at the line. I'll take any win!

Handy watch this :)

I had already been trying to have my Skyway gauge finish as I'm on a corner, since it won't drop you back down. Easier said than done of course, timing is trickier on some courses

Mute City - 01'45"03 (Blue Falcon)
Big Blue - 01'58"51 (Wild Goose)
Sand Ocean - 2'16"28 (Fire Stingray)
Death Wind I - 01'46"05 (Blue Falcon)
White Land I - 01'54"77 (Blue Falcon)
Port Town II - 02'13"07 (Wild Goose)

Really hoping, among other features relating to friend lists, we get friend Time Trial Leaderboards + Ghosts in time!

Aww <.<

For what it's worth, I did these to beat PAR times to unlock profile card backgrounds ahah. Many took multiple tries! Port Town II especially was a right bugger :dread:
