So it really is just the Halo 3 MP disc dumped onto PC that they were then going to reverse develop into F2P :lol:

Not a big fan of the multiplayer, much prefer the campaigns in co-op but while it is there and working I might as well.

Jesus, even getting on the webpage is a struggle.

Holy gooseberry fool if you go into matchmaking it even tells you that you need an xbox live gold membership :lol:

Looks like Halo4 MP, how on earth you can say it's 3 when 3 had no running is beyond me plus the graphics are clearly Halo4. Halo 4 MP has Valhalla and it's amazing but for some reason it's rubbish unless played on PC. :fp:

It has those power up orbs for things like invisibility, Halo 4 removed them.

It's clearly a hybrid of a number of Halo elements. Not played it yet but I want to give it a spin, You've got Halo 4s graphics which is a positive, Halo 4's customisation which is a positive, the overshield is there from Halo so I'd assume also invisibility is back as a pick up. Apparently no bubble shields but I'm sure I've seen the Halo 3 mine pick up in some vids? Maps ae varied, largely Halo 3 but I've seen some entirely new and even a remastering of Halo 2's turf which to my memory hasn't appeared in any Halo game since Halo 2. You've got sprint by default, which is *basically* an excerpt from the latter days of Halo Reach in which is was largely the default armor ability. Looking at the flag games it seems that the flag carrier is not highlighted to the enemy team which is a gooseberry fool feature from Halo 4 that thankfully has not been implemented here, same goes for the damage quota of your shields....

To me it seems like a side project 'test' release almost to see how this version of Halo goes down.

Despite the assets hud, graphics and guns being Halo 4? It's closer to Halo 4 than Halo 3, I play halo 2,3 & 4mp all the time, running in halo 3?? :lol:

Look the more the merrier, since MCC has been working I've been banging it's drum why it's head and shoulders above all other MP shooters so I'm glad more are getting to see what I'm on about.

Running and no Bubble Shields is NOT Halo3, it's a hybrid of 3&4 and I'd say it's closer to 4.

It's missing the weapon drops and Promethean Weapon set but everything else looks identical, even the vehicles are Halo 4 ones. Halo's 2, 3 & 4 at 60fps are stunning though so glad more can see this. Windows 10 cross play prob on the cards if it launches world wide.

No it's not.

For the record, MCC is definitely not the best Halo online experience I've ever had, for me Halo 3 still tops the pile, though I had some good times on Reach.

Really hope this is good though I can probably understand why MS might not want to bring a great Halo MP game out for the PC as it would likely screw the Xbox over. I know I'd consider ditching mine having become disillusioned with 343's Halo releases and having sod all interest in anything else on the Xbox. WiiU plus a decent Halo Online on PC would suit me to a tee.

Not sure if this will work but of it does it's playing Halo 3, 2A & 4 BTB.
