The only thing that irritates me more than someone with 2000 friends who clearly adds everyone who they pass in the street are people who pretend they're making some important social statement by not being on there.

It's just a blummin' list of people there's a good chance you might need to contact at some point.

I deleted my account a while back mainly because I couldn't be arsed using it and so rather than people post messages I would never looked at I decided to just close it.

I have a love/hate relationship with facebook, I hate every thing outside the core basic features I.e saying hello to your friends an perving.

Apps, pages and "like" can strawberry float right off. I have pretty much every app blocked on facebook.

A great quote I heard recently on here is what I live my life by now pretty much, "facebook is just a group of people you don't want to be friends with yet twitter is all the people you do want to be friends with."

Waste of time for the most part. I only keep my account going because there are one or two people that I contact solely through messages on there. It's easier than email and less hassle than trying to catch people on the phone.

I'm one of the people who only really has a small group of friends because I'd rather have a group of friends who I could count on for everything and vise versa, so the only people I have on Facebook are them and a few internet people. Never really use it, but I get so strawberry floated off when the people who made my school life a living hell try and add me, pisses me off, strawberry floating wankers.
