Facebook Notification: "[Person] Posted a popular _____"

For some reason I've suddenly started getting notifications about people's statuses or photos if they get a certain amount of likes.

If anyone has had this problem, please tell me how to make it stop, it's driving me mental.

Uninstall Facebook. This resolves all Facebook issues.

It's happening on the site, not the app, unless there's a way to uninstall it on the computer?

Try going to the notifications bit in the settings and make sure notifications for missed activities isn't selected.

Uninstalling the app seems to have worked! Thanks, that was driving me nuts.
