She says she has a bad back and I think she sometimes uses a stick to help her walk.

A mental age of 3, judging by the posts. The extension is for a soft-play room.

I love that it's seen as a good thing to not question.

Probably because when you question it, you find things like this:

Note that the first thing, the war memorial graffiti, is described as "spray painting," while the defacement of the mosque is described simply as "painting," although it's clear for all to see that it too was spray painted. I'd say that the language was picked on purpose, to elevate the poppy above the other graffiti, but I expect that whoever created that was a knuckle-dragging "Briten furst" fuckwit.

Why was burning a poppy something for the attention of the courts?

Yeah.. Because if it was arson then there's no way you'd walk with a £50 fine. And I'm sure there's no specific crime for defacing a poppy.

Also, can the courts even give out £50 fines? That seems pointlessly low?

Why don't you advise her to just let the council do it? Surely no-one is going to begrudge a disabled person getting work done from the public purse. When we've got MP's charging duck houses to the tax payer, I don't think she needs to have a guilty conscience.

The £50 fine was for a public order offence not specifically for burning a poppy.

And Shadow, I like laughing at her posts but I don't want to actually talk to her. :dread:

Facebook is what I look at in my spare time. To get my porn fix I just look at the webcam in your bathroom. :datass:
