Stop being silly, The Fallout 4 GOTY edition (wtf is ultimate?) would only be released at earliest this time next year, and for reference, Fallout 3 GOTY edition is £15 on steam right now, over 7 years after release,

Actually I like the idea that people who buy the Season Pass earlier will get it cheaper, it makes sense and its good that they've announced it ahead of putting the price up too.
