Even if you aren't into the mods that add clothes, weapons, furniture, building improvement etc, there are some that just fix bugs.

According to GAF Sony wanted QA on mods

It's sad that the decision-makers in Bethesda don't seem to care about the quality of the products they put out.

I guess that means that the recently reported talks going on between Bethesda and Nintendo will likely fall through, since Nintendo has some strict quality guidelines third parties need to adhere to.

 at people saying it's completely unreasonable to ask a dev to QA every mod. Maybe so, but this is Bethesda we're talking about. Do they even QA the base game? :P

To blame Bethesda in this issue is the height of SDF mentalism.

They are mods, when you use one it puts your original saves in a different place, it warns you that they may crash, if the game crashed nothing is lost, if you save regularly and want mods, again, nothing is lost, you can add and unload them at any time.

It depends how bad it can be? If it crashes the game on load, or wrecks your save, you might not be too happy. Even if they do put in a disclaimer.

However I also don't know how Bethesda is supposed to QA every mod, that sort of defeats the purpose of modding if the developer has to do work. I can see how they couldn't reach an agreement.

Photek, clearly MS didn't care as the Xbone crashes every few minutes anyway.

Those texts saying it's not Sony's fault, it's Bethesda.
Why should Bethesda do QA on user created mods? That's not how mods have ever worked. If Sony just don't want mods on their system, they should say so, not pretend that's it's the fault of the developers or publishers because they're insisting they take responsibility for someone else's work.

I imagine it's more a fear of someone finding a jailbreak exploit while poking around in there with the mods.

They CANT wreck your original save, when you save with a Mod activated it saves it with a MOD tag and has it in a different place.

Are the DLC packs worth venturing back on for? I picked up the pass before the price hike, but haven't really found the time to go back yet.

Just curious but how can Microsoft allow mods on both Fallout 4 and Skyrim but not edited kits etc on the new PES? Licensing issues?

Do you often contemplate the complexity of life?

Has Nuka World actually been released yet? I've not seen any reviews or any talk about it.

That PS4 Metacritic score is a bit low mind, is that just because reviewers are salty about mod support being cancelled as I thoroughly enjoyed it?
