When he says it's not his problem that it costs so much to care for him. Let the strawberry floater die.

He doesn't actually look as big as I thought someone weighing 47st would look. I mean, I'm not slim and he's over three times my size.

But yeah, if he doesn't want/appreciate the care then don't give it to him.

It is apparently cheaper to offer these people barbaric surgery than to deal with the complications of their obesity.

The under active thyroid line, though. Bloody hell.

Ship this twat off to the Pacific Ocean and let the Japanese whaling fleets at it.

OK, there are two major problems I can see with this.

(1) of course it's his problem, because if the NHS says "this is a waste of time and money" he's strawberry floated.
(2) Why in the name of strawberry float would you have a food trolley service to a weight loss ward?

Went to Alton Towers yesterday, the state of obesity amongst the children and teenagers was shocking. :|

The 'food trolley' in question is a mobile shop for patients who can't really mosey on over to the shop - basically it's a smaller version of what's on sale in hospital 'shops'. You know the ones I mean, they sell magazines, newspapers, cordial, quiz books, toothpaste and whatever. Bags of sweets and bottles of fizzy pop? Yeah :(
Can you stop fat people from buying a bag of jelly babies? I dunno, do fat people get stopped buying a McDonalds? Same thing.

Fucksake that looks rank.

I. Really don't get that they go round such wards with a food trolley. I think most hospitals do have generally healthy food though, I tend to struggle to find stuff to eat as so much of it at my local ones are just apples and the like.

Edit: buffs answered that one then. I should really know that having been hospitalised plenty :fp:

I cycle past a McD's on the way to work and starting to recognize regulars. About two weeks ago it was half packed and I kid you not there was not one average sized person in there,

I went to MaccyD's yesterday. Plenty of thin people.
