It was a bad performance but a freak performance nonetheless. I was really confident going into that game too considering how well we played in some club games on Friday :(

I want to apologise for the moment when I got the ball in their box and just seemed to stand still. I was hammering away at B and he just stood there like a muppet.

This happened to me right at the end when I beat like 3 men and had a clear shot of goal but the entire time the game was going like Benny Hill and just lagging like hell. It booted me straight after that :?

I should have done better with the first chance of the game when I fired it wide and I have absolutely no strawberry floating idea what the computer was doing with that volley inside the six-yard box. The whole thing was a laggy mess but I thought we actually did ok considering - FIFA has this awful scripting thing going on now and again, where it just makes it impossible for one side to play.
You get nothing, all the bounces go to them and keepers are strawberry floating woeful.
Seriously, that's what started it - the two howlers he made to put them 2-1 up and I think from then on we struggled. There really wasn't 8 goals in it and it probably ended when they hit 4.

Purely tactical reasons...this isn't some Roy Keane-esque punishment. :P

Anyway, injuries have conspired to give you a chance tomorrow...

Seeing as I'm not part of this side tomorrow am I alright to leave the GR Club? I left a bunch of mates at a few teams hanging for this but obviously it's not worked out.

The club was only for practice matches anyway, so that's fine.

Sorry for dropping you by the way, but it could be the last game tomorrow, and I wanted to make sure that others get a chance to play before it's over.

"Nae Danger" - I don't mind, mate. Missed the other game through a fleeting case of alzheimers and I lagged like hell in the first, so I can't say I've offered hellish much!
Disappointed, though, as I was looking forward to playing in 10 v 10 and stuff. Hopefully, if everyone is up for it, we can maybe get some club matches like that (a GRcade World...eh...X without the I) and I'll try sorting out another profile to re-join the club.

Well played team

Although a mute point now, we suffered by not having 4 defenders. Couldn't play offsides when needed tonight because the CPU would cover. Never mind the atrocious aerial defence Bayern seem to have. Got beaten to every header which lead to all those goals.

So we got hammered again....

At least we all had a good laugh.

I've yet to score a goal in any of the series.

I think we should have concentrated more on playing the game instead of spending all of our time coming up with silly pirate chants
