Well that was a dissapointing end, after playing and narrowly losing to Brick, mainly due to Toni's inability to score headers from point blank range, I was expecting this to be a close run thing, alas it appears McBig is just to damn good, congrats on the win McBig.

Tbh I doubt Brick was using edited players as he stuck 6 at the back against me as well and I was shite.

Hmm, from what Biggy was saying to me I seriously doubt Brick hadn't edited his players...

Maybe we should do ranked games in the next tourney, as I'm pretty certain that ranked games use the current online player stats, right? Only thing is if people have Live Seasons activated on certain leagues, players from those leagues will have their form affecting their stats.

Anyway congratulations to McBig and commiserations to Brick, he had a brilliant tournament to even reach the final in the first place!

Just want to say thanks to everyone who participated in the tournaments in FIFA 09, they were good fun to organise (though sometimes difficult to get sorted!) and obviously none of them would have been as good or even happened without you lot actually playing the games, so again thank you to everyone!

Just to let you know that my final special thing was a potential Rivals series between me and McBig, this may still happen in FIFA10 though as I said earlier in the thread if GM/DML want to kick us off again then that's no problem!

Anyway hope to see you all signed up and ready for the first tournament on FIFA 10, speaking of which...

None of the players were edited what so ever. Mcbig was the one timewasting like a banana split after going 1-0 up in the 10th or so minute. I didn't play six at the back either

It was 2-0 when he disconnected in the 37th minute. He went 1-0 up in the first 10 mins of the next match and I just gave up after than tbh. He was being a cock by just passing the ball around his defence and with his goalie timewasting. He isn't that good
