Thats about what i do too, on the elliptical i would do 1 min hard, 1 min easy. When i use battle ropes i do 20 seconds on, 20 seconds off, because doing a straight minute of that would strawberry floating kill me Tho i do a skipping exercise that absolutely destroys me now, 1 min skipping, 1 min of various pushups/mountain climbers etc, repeat for 5 minutes. 1 min rest, then back at it for another 5 mins. Its strawberry floating murder
That sounds quite good actually, I've got a skipping rope at home so I could easily do that in the garden. Although i'm fairly gooseberry fool at skipping... i'm sure that'll improve with practice.
Will give that a go this weekend!
