Destruction racer and looks like a remake of Flatout UC on current gen consoles. Released this Friday.

Hello to the 2009? GRcade crew.

Note: Bugbear who made the original Flatout UC do not own the IP but are making their own destruction racer called Wreckfest.

Tracks look dull, seems like no physics-based damage modelling (the car just becomes more damaged-looking as it loses "health") which was in the original game from the early 2000s and either he's playing on the easiest difficulty or its an absolute cakewalk. You mention wreckfest but thats been an unoptimised content-starved mess despite being out for years at this point. I maintain that the original Flatout is still the best.

Flatout 2 4 lyfe.

No damage and it looks like a piece of piss. Track layouts look too confusing to navigate at full pelt without memorising, which is something the first 2 games nailed.

Based on a few hours play through review seems fair. It's Flatout Ultimate Carnage 1.5, doesn't quite look or feel like a next generation version.

Stunt mode is addictive though. Played that more than the races at the moment.
