Aye, it was the wife's idea in an effort to use healthier substitutes. Last night we had the leftover chilli with courgetti spaghetti  :fp:

Roasted cauliflower is remarkable. It takes cauliflower cheese to the next level, too, if you roast it before adding the cheese sauce.

Anyone here had broccoli cheese? Far superior to its pale cousin.

Hmm. My cauliflower cheese is made with roasted cauli (and some of the baby leaves), three-cheese sauce (with whole milk, wholegrain mustard and nutmeg), topped with more cheese, breadcrumbs and toasted pumpkin seeds.

I'll take the pepsi challenge with broccoli cheese any day.

Tried some of these based on your recommendation this evening.

A bit bland.

Soy and... Is it balsamic?
It's the only one the co-op had on my way home.

Yeah, the British flavours are a bit boring (salt and vinegar and ready salted) and I tend to avoid them.

BBQ sauce is an interesting take, though - what else do you put in it?

(Mine is usually chicken, pepper, red onion, sweetcorn, paprika, oregano, black pepper and lemon juice.)

Chicken, bell pepper, chili pepper. That's it aside from the salsa and cheese. Super fancy stuff.
I do bathe the chicken in an oil and spice mix before tossing it in the pan though.
BBQ sauce because I'm just following a recipe I already know for the chicken breast (for use in a sandwich). Don't know if it's right or not for a quesadilla, but I like it.

They were attempting to make Unicorn Frappacinos at my local Starbucks as its currently only available for a limited time in the US. Tasted of cherries was quite nice!

Didn't look like the official one from the states though but atleast they tried to make it here too...
