(Mine is usually chicken, pepper, red onion, sweetcorn, paprika, oregano, black pepper and lemon juice.)
Chicken, bell pepper, chili pepper. That's it aside from the salsa and cheese. Super fancy stuff.
I do bathe the chicken in an oil and spice mix before tossing it in the pan though.
BBQ sauce because I'm just following a recipe I already know for the chicken breast (for use in a sandwich). Don't know if it's right or not for a quesadilla, but I like it.
