1-0 up, Rhodes again. Hopefully paying back his fee in this run in.

Praying that it's like Derby and Norwich last year...

Wish I could say the same for us. Predictably nervy and under siege.

Six minutes added time?!

Plus Marney did a blatant handball on a booking and didn't get sent off. But can you guess how much Dyche will moan if Burnley don't get points?

Could not have been a better night for Wimbledon! An away win, Portsmouth, Exeter, and Orient all lose. Wycombe only draw.

I could bloody happen! I'm excited.

I would give a LOT of money to be able to knock Plymouth out in the playoffs. A lot.

Tonight is one of the worst performances in our history, but it's almost so bad that the players now have to react. The worry is we picked up a couple of injuries tonight as well. It really was nightmarish. Surely we have enough to be in the playoffs, if we fell outside Of feel sick.

Interesting fact, no Pompey fan in this thread has ever experienced the playoffs. Not been there for over 20 years.

While we are still not 100% safe, it seems unlikely that MK are going to win all of their remaining games and that we will not get so much as another point.

I therefore declare us safe.

I agree Mr de Leon, a boring 0-0 will be the perfect result for both of us.

Moggy mate I told you your lot would be comfortably safe weeks ago after analysing the fixtures. Never in doubt. 8-)

I must admit that I had some reservations as to whether we had what it took to make the automatic spots but after last night, along with the other recent performances, I'm convinced. We've got Charlton (a) up next and if we can get past that (and hopefully up our goal difference even further) we have our perennial bogey team, Derby, at home.

Knocky and (less so) Skalak have been beacons of creativity that has revitalised the team. Together with Hemed firing and support from Wilson/Baldock, it's the strongest squad we've had. Jamie Murphy, who one could argue has been our best attacking outlet over the course of the season, is being kept out of the starting XI at the moment.

If we lose every remaining game and MK win every remaining game then they will be above us on goal difference.

Unlikely but I am not celebrating too much until we get a point off of Blackburn on Saturday (thanks again Cora  ).

I was thinking of going down to this. Knowing I'm not now I'd be more than happy with a survival ensuring draw and begin to look at what we can do next season.
