Zola is a shite manager, I wouldn't want him anywhere near my club. I have a special place though for chairman who turn up and think the Championship is just a stroll if you hire the right manager. It's arrogant and completely misguided. I like to think of it as Fawaz syndrome and anyone suffering from this is guaranteed to be fending off relegation year in, year out.

Do you think you still have a shout of the play offs?

Hmmmmm. I'd say probably not, though we're only 4 points off it and we have to play Millwall on the last day of the season, so I don't know?

I see a lot of gashead's saying they don't want to get in the play offs as you are not ready. I always find that an odd argument, take promotion whenever you can, you might not get the chance again!

Makes it an interesting end of the season at least, and yeah totally want to go up. Still though even in the unlikely event we make the playoffs, we are due some bad luck in them, especially after the final against Grimsby.

Don't even care, those dickheads should never have sacked him, I think they were like 3 points off 3rd when he went, now they're 6 points off the drop. If blackburn weren't so gooseberry fool Id be excited. But i cant see them getting out of it. :x

gooseberry fool =/= injury crisis. Our first choice centre back, centre mid and forward are all out for the remainder of the run in(Charlie Mulgrew, Corry Evans, Danny Graham), so we've lost the spine of our team just as we were starting to fight back against the drop. Although granted Joao, Emnes and Gallagher should all be ahead of Graham in the pecking order; they're all better.

Found out as well that we're having to take out payday loans to pay our players week to week. We were in the black in 2010, no debt whatsoever. Due diligence obviously fell flat on its strawberry floating arse with this one - we are almost certainly going to be the next Portsmouth.

On the plus side, this may secure two GRcade meetups next season mate.

Heh, in all fairness I'd meet the Pompey crowd on here for a pint any time. Solid bunch of blokes.

Bristol City will pull clear today. Forest are all over us. I think the fat lady is warming up her vocal chords.

Jesus Christ. We absolutely must beat BCFC on Monday to consolidate that. It's also pretty vital that Burton lose to Ipswich at home tonight. Forest have winnable games so I don't expect them to go down and I think Birmingham have already done enough to finish above one of the teams behind them.

I'd like Blackburn to survive but I want us to more. Sorry lads, I hope we beat you on Monday.

Good win today and has raised us quite a few places. Hopefully Brum keep dropping points and go down with Wigan.
