Loss to Derby at home yesterday, I think highlighted the lack of team rotation and after 120 minutes at Arsenal mid week that cost us (as well as poor refereeing again). Got another mid week fixture this time against Wolves. I think the international break needs to come for us to get some players rested and maybe get Hanley involved more in the team.

Can't believe we didn't score, hitting the bar twice was heart breaking. Fair play to small heath, they looked pretty good for large parts of that. The wankers.

Not a surprising move, but I wonder who they think they can attract? Sunderland seem to be heading to League One and I am not sure there are many managers available that are free that could save them. Neil Warnock would usually be the obvious choice for a big club in the Championship that is in trouble, but I don’t think he’ll want to leave Cardiff.

I'd like Karanka if he'd do it - apparently still lives in the north east and he's out of work. He had Boro well organised and defensively sound, and our biggest problem on the pitch right now is being unable to keep a clean sheet.

But I expect it'll be a crowd appeasing ex player like Kevin Ball, Kevin Phillips or Mickey Gray. Someone like that with Peter Reid as assistant.

Yeah I think they will do that, but I really don’t think it is time to experiment with an ex-player when you are in the bottom 3 of the Championship. It’s a brutal league, get it wrong and you are down.
