Wilshere is consistently England's best performer, which is impressive when he's played out of position. That second goal was quality, Lallana's flick was lush.

Some criminal defending but a lively attacking performance! It's nice to enjoy an England game rather than endure it. I love how dynamic and aggressive some of England's young players are; I'm thinking of Wilshere, Sterling and Delph in particular. I have no idea why Jones is anywhere near this team though. :dread:

I agree. Two great goals today, yet Hodgson will continue to play him in the wrong place.

Anyone have any suggestions? Not too bothered about the name on the back anymore. Doesn't even necessarily need to be the most recent shirt either.

did anyone watch the Argentina-Paraguay game? Argentina got a 2-0 lead and then decided to play like an 11 year old on FIFA, constantly attacking as fast as possible; total end to end stuff and Paraguay got two back with some good goals, and terrible defending.

Could try aliexpress.com. Probably dodgy and made in sweatshops though.

Is he still playing him in that stupid 'quarterback' role, at the bottom tip of a midfield diamond? Woy, man :fp:

If you just want a Dortmund shirt try somewhere like Camden market if you can get down there, they have a few stalls in the Stables selling football shirts from the mid 90s/early 00s or so. They are second hand though.

I actually think the position suits him well, as he can show his passing range while occasionally dribbling forwards past other players. In his breakthrough season 2010/11, which was probably his best for Arsenal, he played alongside Alex Song as one of the two deeper CMs, not as a #10.

There was definitely one in the covered bit of the Stables, on the wall furthest away from the entrance to that section. There's a retro toy stall at the entrance to that bit which should help you know you're in the right place, and it's near the big bronze horse statues.

He obviously took inspiration from the Nigel Farage school of resigning.

How dare he have a good time.

Fabian Delph is a banana split.
