Hopefully Northern Ireland can follow suit tomorrow.

This was an excellent shout, really good pub and there were quite a few Welsh people in there too so was a good atmosphere.

Can't believe we actually won, surely we can't mess things up from here? Wales are also going to be top seeds for the World Cup qualifying draw, makes a big change from being bottom seeds 4 years ago!

Can anyone recommend a place to pick up some football shirts for European teams with names on the back? Trying to get an Aubameyang shirt for my mate but don't want to pay the full £55 or so on the Dortmund site for one.

Would probably cost you less if you chose a name with fewer letters ;)

Seriously, what is the point in the officials behind the goal? What is it that they do? The linesman should have flagged it, granted, but for neither of them to notice the offside is so disappointing.

Going to be a tough one tonight, just hope N.I. can put in a good performance. Quite nervous now.

I've only ever seen them get involved once, and that was to incorrectly rule out that Neymar goal in the CL final

Happy with the result though I was hoping we could snatch a late goal at the end.

We play the Faroe Islands next :dread:

Truly inspirational... :|

'England would take lucky win' - Hodgson

Is it any surprise that our performances are so insipid when the players are going out onto the pitch having heard things like this. I know that the result is ultimately the most important thing, but still.

"We are concentrating on breaking them down, scoring goals and - if I'm brutally honest - winning," he said.

Such brutal honesty. Thanks for that Roy.

I'm going to regret watching this.

To be fair to Slovenia, they've played it well and took their solitary chance brilliantly.
