I hope it will be a good game and I think Chelsea will edge it today.

Didn't even realise it was today. Got offered a ticket to the Scottish Cup final but lol no thanks.

Hate you a little bit right now.

Probably would have went if I wasn't going out tonight for a friends birthday. Would have been back pretty late if I did go.

strawberry float off football

Why does hearing Alan Shearer liked watching a match of football (shocking) and replay highlights of the match that was just on (with some emotive pop season) mean a programme has to overrun?

strawberry float off

Because the previous program overran due to a Celtic player having his teeth knocked out during the match. Doctor Who being delayed by ten minutes is hardly worth your telling a thread full of people to strawberry float off.

And?

Cut the 'analysis' and re-edits if you want to catch up

It's not Dr Who specifically but the inane drivel their choosing to delay the next programme (and the subsequent ones) for

No, because they're part of the scheduled show that people want to see. There is always over-run on cup final day and there's nothing anyone in this thread can do about it unless there's a BBC controller that we were previously unaware of. Coming in here to troll doesn't really do you any good.

Come on now Hexx, you're marginally better than this.

Also Doctor Who is a big load of shite.

Hexx is just angry as he'd rather all that excitement and drama was brought to a rushed and unsatisfying conclusion that left the viewer feeling disappointed and short changed.

Which is odd as after watching all those episodes of Doctor Who you would think he'd be used to that feeling by now.

I just can't believe someone somewhere made the decision they'd delay everything else in the evening (until late news?) so the commentators can spew vacuously for a bit (it was good game?) and a compilation of bits of the game you just watched (and presumably were replayed several times at occuramce) to an emotive pop tune.

If the match was still going I'd completely understand - it's just. For that shite? Really?

You can stop that right there . I've never watched Made in Chelsea.

My thoughts would be the same if delayed for that gf I saw at 745 :)

They showed them getting the cup in the "crowd" but had to do the in studio bollocks whilst the team do it on the pitch for the traditional team photo part. When your team have just won it you want to see that. :(
