Rashford has been a bit too wasteful. He's doing well getting in positions and causing problems, but his passing at the end has been very poor.

Too many crosses into the box with nobody but Lingard in there too. Need to get another goal.

Nah it's fine, we only tend to score once each lunar phase so dont worry.

Also I missed the goal as this place actually only has the game on an internet steam and it froze right on Phil Jones' face immediately before (which happily lead to me showing my Japanese girlfriend the "Faces of Phil Jones Twitter" page) but Fellini had so much space for the header. Might have been a great ball in but they weren't showing that.

What a goal! Almost undeserving of such a gooseberry fool game.

Yeah was a good strike. Thought Valdes could have done better at first but on repeat viewing there wasn't much. Shouldn't have stood off Lingard so much and let him get the shot off, though.

Great strike. He's been excellent today.

Not sure why it's been a gooseberry fool game, Chalky. United have played pretty well - especially considering we're missing Zlatan, Pogba and Herrera and it's our third game in six days.

Too many gooseberry fool passes in the final third. Very good run just now by lingard, but always the wrong option at the end.

Cracking goal though. Luckily nobody went into him, just like the one we conceded against Chelsea.

As soon as Rojo came on we just started hoofing the ball up the pitch aimlessly.

Brilliant. Go 2-0 up then replace Mata for a defender and invite them to attack instead of pushing for a 3rd. Classic Jose. It's gonna finish 2-2 isn't it?

I don't get why he does it. We were in control and whilst there is always a chance of conceding, it wasn't a given.

Start playing defensively and inviting pressure and its clear we would concede.
