You should watch Man Utd regularly. That'll put you right back off it.

I think the last game I remember seeing parts of was the Brazil world cup. But before, during and after - I've had absolutely no interest in football.

(I think growing up in Glasgow put me off  )

Yeah but he couldn't do it on a wet and windy night in Stoke.

Or in the Semi Final or Final of a World Cup either. :P

Didn't think much of his ridiculous handshake with fellow Klopp friend Sakho though, much like Sammy Lee really

Remaining fixtures in race for top 4. Despite yesterday, still looks like Top 4 will stay as Top 4.

Code: Select all

Liverpool        City                United            Arsenal

Watford A       Middlesbo A    Swansea H      Spurs A
South-ton H    Palace H         Arsenal A        United H

A draw or win at the Etihad and I'll start to believe we can do it. Liverpool can't afford another slip up either and aren't playing well - by the looks of it.

Yesterday was a definite bonus. If United get 12 points out of these fixtures (not impossible) then Liverpool could definitely miss out.

There's at least 1 nailed-on loss against those lower teams for Liverpool.

Only 2 home games left for United, oddly that probably works in their favour

Holy sh*t, Manu have Spurs, Arsenal and City? They'll do well to win those games without Zlatan.

Done ok in the last 2 games without him. If anything the team plays with more pace and energy without the (admittedly quality) big guy up top.

Liverpool definitely have the toughest remaining fixtures out of the contenders for top 4 because Liverpool.

Doesn't he have like 27 goals or something?

It seems unique to Manu supporters that you seemingly think all problems are solved after a couple of good results, one of your better defenders and top scorer are out for rest of season, you play 3 of the top 6 away and yet you feel you'll do ok. It doesn't mean you won't but I do feel the false optimism very puzzling, especially in the past 3 years. I remember when Moyes was bumbling you guys still presumed top 4 until it was literally mathematically impossible.

Liverpool have on paper an easier run in but with Mane out plus the other injuries I have little faith in making top 4. Just how fans perceive their teams, its fascinating at times.
